Home Office

The employee must obtain a current and non-expired prescription from their eyecare  professional.  They can bring their Rx to  Armada Optical's convenient location in The Crossing complex at 701 N. Weinbach Avenue, Suite 410, Evansville, IN. Our friendly and knowledgeable dispensers will help fit you with your safety frame selection and advise you on the most current and up to date lenses available.

On-Site

Armada Optical offers the services of on-site dispensing by a qualified optician.  We will visit the customer’s facility on a regular scheduled or as needed basis to fit and dispense safety prescription eyewear to the customer’s employees.  Although it is customary in the safety industry to charge for on-site dispensing, it is Armada's goal to provide this fitting as a free service when minimum order requirements are met.

Doctor’s Referral Network

Armada Optical works closely with several doctors throughout the United States and Canada for outside fittings when needed.  Your employee visits their office for an eye exam or with a current presctiption.  Safety frames are available to designated Doctor’s offices for the convenience of fitting and taking measurements as required for the order.  Please note that some doctors may charge a dispensing fee for this service.
